Did you know that making and receiving calls on the 3CX web client is as easy as can be? Here’s how:
You can initiate a call in the following ways in the 3CX client:
1) Making a call to an already existing contact
• You can search for the phone contact by name, extension or Email address
• Select your desired contact and click on the “Phone” icon
2) Making a call to an external party
To make a call to an external party, press the “on-screen dial pad” button, enter the number and click “Call”.
And just like that, your call is connected!
Receiving Calls with the 3CX Client
Incoming calls are conveniently displayed as a pop-up in the 3CX web client, when you receive a call, a screen will appear and you can click “Answer”, “Decline” or “Divert to Voicemail” accordingly.
You can even transfer, record or elevate the active call to a conference call, right on the 3CX web client by simply clicking on the respective button on the pop up.
There you have it, making and receiving calls on 3CX is a walk in the park!
